FAQs - Ordering Times
Made to order products must be arranged either in store or via phone to one of our boutiques.
Wedding, Debutante and Bridesmaid gowns that are NOT clearance will not be processed through our online shopping cart. Your order will be cancelled and one of our staff will contact you to speak directly about your requirements.

Standard ordering timeframe of all wedding dresses is 6 months. We then require an additional 8 weeks for alterations due to large volumes of clients. If you are within this time frame and are yet to find your gown please contact the store as there are more options available for you!

Please allow 16-18 weeks to order these gowns. Due to a large influx of orders this is an extended timeframe over the Christmas/New Year period. We do have pre made gowns available in warehouse however these are limited. Please contact our store with any questions you may have.

Standard order time for Debutante gowns is 8-10 weeks however as we approach chinese new year these standard times will be impacted and an additional 2-4 weeks should be taken into consideration. Please contact one of our stores to talk to our staff if you have any concerns.

If you find youself within one of the above time frames but still want to find your dream gown, please dont stress. We have a large range of stock gowns available for you as well as some access to facory stocked pieces. Come in store to meet with one of our highly trained consultants to discuss your options.
